Official fillable Excel cover sheets (with score sheet) for each project type are now available.
Please read the "Details" tab before entering project information.
When complete, applicants will upload to GKCCEH via Dropbox using the link emailed to your team.
Click the link for your project type. File will download automatically.
New (never funded) projects, including DV Bonus (all types)
***Transition, Expansion, and Consolidation applications must complete a "new" cover sheet in addition to a renewal cover sheet for each project.
1ST & 2ND (and some 3RD) YEAR RENEWAL PROJECTS
Renewal projects not yet operating, or which have begun operating and have not yet completed and submitted a full year APR to HUD.
Projects which are operating and have submitted at least one full year APR to HUD.
