2019 Consolidated Application and Project Priority Listing

We are pleased to note that the 2019 Consolidated Application and Project Priority Listing has been successfully drafted and is now available for viewing in this email and on the GKCCEH website.

Per HUD guidelines, the Application and Priority Listing will be posted for 48 hours, before final submission to HUD. During this time we strongly encourage you to review and offer suggestions for revision to the application. These suggestions may be sent to Heather no later than 3:30pm on Saturday, September 28, 2019.

Special thanks to the Finance and Administration Committee members for attending meetings and providing revisions for the application. We would also like to thank the community for your hard work and dedication throughout the year, especially during this NoFA season.

GKCCEH 2019 COC Program NOFA eSnaps Optional Trainings

 
Optional Technical Trainings that will assist project applicants in using eSNAPs to submit their HUD CoC applications are happening this week! 
 
Participants will need to bring laptops with them if they wish to enter data directly into eSNAPs during the trainings. If you do not have a laptop and wish to borrow one, please let Sean Anderson know by 10am Thurs, Aug 01; GKCCEH staff will try to provide extra laptops as needed. 
 
If at all possible, we'd like to request that any agencies with extra laptops send them with staff attending these meetings in order for us to be sure that we have enough computers!

2019 Renewal Applicant Letter of Intent Available Online

For renewal projects only. If you are currently funded by the HUD CoC, please click here to access the form you must fill out to indicate your intent to apply for funds in 2019. The deadline for form submission is Friday, April 5, 2019.  

We recommend all new and renewal project applicants review the HUD Continuum of Care Program Interim Rule (24 CFR Part 578) each year prior to submitting an application for funds.  Click here to access the rule online. Within the letter of intent, applicants will be asked to confirm they have read and understand its contents.
