HUD publishes the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), which provides guidance and funding opportunities to support local efforts to prevent and end homelessness. This page contains CoC NOFO materials, resources, and local competition information as they become available.
FY24 & FY25 NOFO
As the Collaborative Applicant for MO-604, we are pleased to share that the
FY24–25 CoC NOFO was officially submitted to HUD on Monday, February 9,
2026.
This submission reflects our shared commitment to why we are here: ensuring
our community has the resources needed to prevent and end homelessness.
Thank you to all renewal and new project applicants who helped move this
work forward amid a complex and evolving federal landscape.
Due to a project reallocation within our CoC, MO-604 was able to submit new
projects to HUD as part of this competition. As a reminder, the CoC approved
to fund previously selected FY24/25 Tier 2 new projects to replace the
reallocated project. These new projects are shown in the screenshot below
and highlighted in green.
