FY2025 CoC Program NOFO Released
This announcement launches the annual national funding competition to support projects that advance our shared mission of preventing and ending homelessness in our community.
Key Federal Details
Eligible Applicants
Nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status (including faith-based organizations)
State, county, city, and township governments
Special district governments
Federally recognized tribal governments and tribal organizations
Public housing agencies and Indian housing authorities
Eligible Project Types
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
Rapid Re-Housing (RRH)
Joint TH-RRH (renewals only; will not fund new projects)
Transitional Housing (TH)
Supportive Services Only (SSO), including Street Outreach
HMIS and Coordinated Entry (for CoC designated leads only)
YHDP renewals, reallocations, and replacement projects
Domestic Violence (DV) projects under the above project types
All projects must align with HUD priorities and meet eligibility and quality threshold requirements.
