This announcement launches the annual national funding competition to support projects that advance our shared mission of preventing and ending homelessness in our community.

Eligible Applicants

  • Nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status (including faith-based organizations)

  • State, county, city, and township governments

  • Special district governments

  • Federally recognized tribal governments and tribal organizations

  • Public housing agencies and Indian housing authorities

Eligible Project Types

  • Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)

  • Rapid Re-Housing (RRH)

  • Joint TH-RRH (renewals only; will not fund new projects)

  • Transitional Housing (TH)

  • Supportive Services Only (SSO), including Street Outreach

  • HMIS and Coordinated Entry (for CoC designated leads only)

  • YHDP renewals, reallocations, and replacement projects

  • Domestic Violence (DV) projects under the above project types

All projects must align with HUD priorities and meet eligibility and quality threshold requirements.
